Constructionline is owned by the Department or Trade and Industry (DTI).
They gather and assess information on contractor's business details, financial information, scope of work and contracts which they have carried out.
They write to clients for references asking their level of satisfaction for the different works carried out by your company. Once you have passed all of these assessments you can then be Constructionline Approved.
Local Councils and other organisations can then use the Constructionline website to look for contractors in their area who have been approved.
